Amid ongoing concerns about COVID-19, we wanted to reach out and explain what we are doing here at "ILH" InstaLawn Hydroseeding Inc. in response to the situation to ensure that we are all safe, consumers, contractors and employees.
Firstly, the safety of our customers, friends and family is our utmost concern. We want you to be safe and we want our team to be safe. With this in mind, we have increased our cleaning protocols at our operations center effective immediately. This includes increasing the frequency of complete facility cleaning and on-going sanitization throughout the day, focusing on all high use areas such as phones, computers, counter surfaces including all work vehicles and tools. Workers will use separate vehicles to and from work sites and maintain social distancing rules to complete all work duties.
Secondly, we have provided and reviewed detailed information to all of our staff about the virus, procedures for detection and self-quarantine, instructions for sanitization and what our expectations are about maintaining a vigilant approach to our protocols.
Thirdly, if you have any questions about our COVID-19 Response plan or are experiencing symptoms we kindly ask that you contact us to discuss how we can continue to communicate and perform our work in a safe responsible way.
Our business and services are fully operational and we are prepared to service your seeding and erosion control needs in a safe and COVID-19 responsible way. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to call anytime.
Thank you for your business, and for placing your trust in InstaLawn Hydroseeding and Erosion Control Inc.
